Overseas Students:

Students applying for the admission into any of the Theology or Business Courses should follow these steps as mentioned in the following paragraphs.

Step 1 – Applying

Once you have decided on the course that you wish to study, fill the College Application Form and send it to the Admission Department at the College. While submitting the Application Form students must attach:

  • Copies of academic transcripts
  • Copy of valid passport
  • 2 Passport size photographs
  • Proof of English language efficiency, that is, IELTS or TOFEL , where applicable
  • Two references

Students are strongly recommended to check entry requirements of the course before making their applications.

Step 2 – Conditional Acceptance

Once we receive the application form and supporting documents, our admission department will review your application and will send you a letter of conditional acceptance for the course by e-mail or post, provided that you meet entry criteria of the course that you are applying for. In general, the admission department gives decision within seven workings days after we receive your application.

Application Form and supporting documents are the primary forms of assessment of requirements of the programme. In some cases, any member of the admission team or admission tutor may interview the prospective student. So, it is very important to provide contact phone number with international and national dialling codes.

Step 3 – Unconditional Acceptance

In order to accept for the course students will be required to pay the prescribed deposit as a part of tuition fees, as described in the condition offer letter. Students may pay full tuition fees in advance. Once we receive the deposit we issue an Unconditional Acceptance Letter. This document will enable overseas students to apply for the UK visa.

Students can expect to receive the Unconditional Offer Letter within fifteen working days after receiving the deposit.

Step 4 – Enrolment on the Course

If the visa application is successful, students should inform us as soon as possible so that we can make necessary arrangements. Once student arrives in the UK, he/she should report to the College Admission Department with original transcripts and passport and visa in order to complete the admission procedure.

Students must pay the full balance of the tuition fees or sign definite instalment plans in order to be fully enrolled at the college.

Students are required to register with the University/Awarding Body from which they will get the award. Fees paid for the tuition is not included the registration fees.
