Course Details

The programme introduces students to the academic disciplines that underline the effective management of the human resource, and proceeds to explore the theory, practice and strategy of human resource management.

Students who complete the ABE programme will find their HRM skills and their own marketability within the workplace enhanced. They will also be well prepared for further study and university degrees.

Minimum Entry Requirements

Students having Two A Level passes plus 4 GCSE passes at Grade A, B or C , two of which must be English and Mathematics / Senior  Secondary School Examination Certificate / Intermediate / Bachelors Degree / ABE Certificate / Two years of professional work experience.

ENGLISH LANGUAGE; Student must have IELTS 6.0 (or equivalent English Language level)
